- Fitness & Life Science Assessment, 1.5 hrs:

Health screening, body composition - Bio-electrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) , anthropometric measurements, posture analysis, VO2 max level, muscle imbalances, strength imbalances, Body Mass Index (BMI), Blood Pressure (BP), Resting Heart Rate (RHR) and summary with protocol matrix.

- Flexibility training:

The ability to move the joints or any group of joints through an entire, normal range of motion.

- Muscular endurance training:

The ability of a muscle or muscle group to perform repeated movements with a sub-maximal force for extended periods of times.

- Cardiorespiratory (CR) endurance:
